Tuna while pregnant?

I'm craving tuna! Crazy lol. I can't remember how much you can have? It's a 5oz can in water. Thanks

You can have a couple of cans a week like that  

I think you can have about 12oz a week of the tuna in water... I could be wrong about that though lol.

I can't remember, but I'd make a small can of it every once in a while and eat it with crackers. I think the small cans are 5oz?

I used to get a subway tuna sub on honey oat before I was pregnant at least once a week and I gave it up when I found out I was pregnant, mainly because I was repulsed by anything and everything. I finally got one when I was 17 weeks and puked it up, and that was after my morning sickness went away.  

I can't look at those subs the same anymore.

My first ruined poptarts for me. I can't even stand the smell of them. Blech!

I've been craving tuna as well. Glad to know I'm not alone. LOL   I asked a nutritionist about this the other day and she said 12 ounces of tuna in water is the maximum amount.

Ugh! That sucks! I've just gotten to the point where if I feel sick for any reason I will refuse to eat something that I love because so many foods have be ruined by hangovers, stomach bugs, and pregnancy for me. lol

i never was a tuna eatter even before i got pregnant lol but once and awhile i like to have a little out of a can it has to be freash out of the can! for me to eat it not a few days old i just dont like it like that.

My doctor says as long as it's not albacore or yellowfin that I can pretty much eat some everyday if I want.
