I went in a couple times with false labor :-( when the pains get Stronger and closer together go in. like when u cant talk and feel like crying or forget to breath someone has to remind u .I waited till then and when I got there I was a 7 almost 8 cm and had her an hour later. I would go in with the false labor all excited thinking this is it and nothing so I really waited it out I hated being sent home good luck!
