yeah no problem for the pt. Xanax withdrawal really can kill you.. I take them as needed but I am also directed to take 3 1mg pulls a day but I don't. The seroquel for me and zoloft are what need to build up xanax is more for immediate help for panic attacks and such.

That's how am. I also hope by starting this lamictal, I will not need the zanax as much. I took klonopin and ativan in past...and just doesnt cut it for me. They sucked.

And Zoloft made me feel like I was going to just run my car off a bridge with no care in the world. And I also tried Effexor XR (those both from my PC doc) and it made me more insane. So, I finally said...no more of this and found a therapist and phyc. Much better now! Thankfully.
