Any good chicken thigh recipe's?

I have got to use some chicken thighs I bought and I am hoping for some recipies. I usually just season them with Season all salt, garlic salt and bake it with alittle bit of butter. Or I dip it in egg and then in Andy's seasoning and deep fry it. I need help. Please?

I made this like a month ago and I loved it soooo much! The skin got nice and crispy and the veggies had an amazing flavor from the chicken fat. Mmmmm... I might have to make it again tonight lol.

I usually just pour enough Italian dressing to coat the chicken into a bowl then I add a few tablespoons of brown sugar and mix it together. I place the chicken thighs into a casserole dish and pour the mixture over the chicken to be sure all the chicken is covered and I bake it at 350 for 45 minutes. It's so delicious.
