Milk question- advice?

I'm a SAHM to a 10.5 month old breast fed boy. Lol. Boobie obsessed.  

I babysit once a weak for an afternoon. My mom asked if she could watch him. I hurt my back overChristmas and am 13 weeks pregnant, so I said,"sure!" He has a fun time. Lol. The only thing is once my milk regulated, I stopped being able to pump well. I get less than an ounce from both sides combined. My son misses one nursing session when he's at my moms. I know my milk is going to change and we aren't planning on weaning if he doesn't want to, but it takes me a weak of pumping to get 5 oz of milk. Would it be horrible if we used that day to start introducing him to cows/gots milk? Then he could have. Fuller serving. I wasn't planning on being pregnant so soon... Lol. But would that work?

I would personally try to hold off as long as you can. But I would use goats milk when you absolutely need to start.

I want to, but I just can't get enough ever with the pump. He nurses fine lol and all the time. Just that one session once every week... :/ I wouldn't give him anything else at home, I just know its going to get hardeR to pump and I can't use any herbs or anything while pregnant.  

How long is gone for?

And he cant just do solids while you're gone? I'm tryin to remember what I did for dd when I worked. I wanna say i just fed her before she left and as soon as she got home and let her do solids while I was gone. But she wouldn't use a sippy or bottle. But we did milk when she was 11.5 mos.

At that age I'd just so solids & pump once or twice (whatever you'd normally do) while he is gone for the stimulation. I wouldnt' offer any milk. He's on breastmilk the rest of the time so he could have water then.

He does solids and water. He loves water and straws. Is that enough? I feed him before I leave and then at bedtime because by the time we get home it's dinner time... He is an eater thoug.   maybe just an extra snack?

It's just the one feed a week he's missing. I guess we will just do a snack and water then.   thanks.

I found a couple places. Just had a busy day Friday so we didn't have time to get it. Now well have to get it Monday. No biggie. The hand pump works. It's just Tiring and I can't multitask.
