C-Section Mama's/Incisional Hernia

Any c-section mom's have an incisional hernia? Is so, could you do your best to describe the pain to me? I'm not sure what's going on but for about the past week, whenever I sit up or clench my lower abdominal muscles (where the incision is) the muscles feel super sore. My incision itself on my skin does not hurt whatsoever. I haven't changed my physical activity at all so it's not like I'm sore from working out or anything else, just wondering if maybe it's a hernia? Hope this makes sense. Thanks ladies.   And I had my section 3 years ago if that makes any difference.

ive never had one. mine still hurts all the time like that. its been about 3 years ago.. its normal. i got all the feeling back on the inside too so now it annoys me even more.

Thanks hun. Ya, I have all the feeling back too but it has never bothered me before... The pains not bad at all just more annoying then anything.

I didn't know I had one until yesterday, I have been complaining about c section scar pain pretty much my entire pregnancy and the dr I saw yesterday said that they would repair my hernia when they perform my c section and I was like well that explains it! Half of my scar looks beautiful and the other half looks bulged and horrible but never really caused me any pain until I got pregnant & started feeling baby kick
