30 day shread/fitness Q.

This is silly, but are you suppose to work out the same time each day?

I started the 30 day shred again last night, and did it pretty late, 11pm I believe. Well, today, I will be working til about 1am and will be too exhausted to do it when I get home. Would doing it only 10 hours later still be effective? Or is it over kill? lol I have the energy to do it now, but don't want to hurt myself.

Typically you should workout AROUND the same time each day, but you won't hurt yourself if you workout now after only 10-11 hours of doing it. The fact is, you still did it. That's truly all that matters. They say to get into a routine because that's what keeps you doing it. So just find something that works.

I had a feeling that it was better to do it around the same time, but honestly I just want to do it lol. If I don't now, I won't later
