I don't find this to be ER worthy.

Unless her fever gets to over 103 I wouldn't take her in.

The medication your are giving her, are they working? If they aren't working and there is no progress, I would suggest maybe an urgent care.

Does she seem to find any comfort after getting her medicines or is she still miserable? If she's doing better I would keep her home... but if she's not I would take her in. Depending on how long this has been going on... a couple days or closer to a week?

Definitely not er worthy. Children generally run warmer than adults. Kadens pedi doesn't even recommend Tylenol until 102.

I wouldn't even be medicating the child for that.

You could try calling and speaking with an on call nurse at your family clinic, he/she would likely tell you what you're are doing right and what you may be doing wrong as well as giving you any suggestions on what more you can do and whether to bring LO in. The on call nurses have definitely helped me out a time or two and saved me a trip to see the dr. It's also gratifying when they tell you you're doing everything right and what to look for that would indicate it's time to bring LO in. The best part is, all this medical advice is free of charge.

She's been sick about 3 days.
And after the medicine there is a massive improvement in how she acts.
The Benadryl seems to help with the snotty/congestion.
