i cringe to think about them

Grains tend to fill me up quickly, but it's not like a lasting full, you know? I can eat a bowl of quinoa or oatmeal and be stuffed, but need a snack an hr later.

He's got a really good, balanced diet going on, I wouldn't worry. I've got a tall, skinny kid who packs away more in one sitting than I do and who still eats every time I do (3 meals plus 4-5 snacks). Kids just burn up a ridiculous amount of energy and need to refuel all the time.

Just did a quick google, we call them 'pinworms' or 'threadworms' here apparently?

Kids eat alot. That's so normal.
