Allergic to everything. *help*

My 18 month old has had severe "eczema" since he was an infant. No matter what remedies we tried nothing ever seemed to help long term. I always thought that it could be food related so I took him for a RAST test and it turns out that he is in fact allergic to 4 of the 5 main food allergies (classes 3, 4, and 5) eggs - whites and yolk, peanuts, soy, and a mild allergy to wheat. Luckily he isn't allergic to dairy which is weird cause that was the one I was most concerned about.
He has to see an allergist and was prescribed epi pens (which scare the smurf out of me for some reason)
I am so overwhelmed with the news because those things are in almost everything! I went through my cabinets and tossed a bunch of things and went to Whole Foods and got started on as much gluten free food as I could find that would interest an 18 month old. This is what I have so far..


Can anyone help me with maybe a gluten free menu plan or give me some other safe alternatives for him that he will like that doesn't taste like ass? Or direct me to some sites for safe foods? I've been searching but I think I am a bit worn out on the entire thing. Anything will be much appreciated.  

How high were his allergens? My son was positive at first to almost everything. The lowest one ( wheat was an intolerance more than allergy) and he outgrew it and milk and peanut since they were all very low.


But really just check labels and try cooking nothing that is not healthy. Tht will be te easiest way ( just fresh foods) the boxed gluten free stuff runs very pricy

Crockpot365 has a billion gluten-free recipes. I love the hell out of my crock pot so I use it a looooot.

Homemade nuggets, coated with GF cereal crushed up instead.of bread crumbs? Lunch meat?

Yeah, I spent $75.00 on just the things in the picture I posted. Luckily he is small so those things will last a little which is great.

Maybe you could ask this mom! Her 13 month has a lot of the same allergies as your son and she prepares a lot of gluten free meals for him

She might have some meal suggestions! Poor guy hope he feels better

Oh okay. My dude was 3 to milk wheat and a couple non foods. 5+ for everything else.

But go to your library they should have several cook books on allergy free eating. I have a post on a specific book with charts for using other types of flours. Ill find it later ad send it to tou
