it wont go away!

Cant seem to get rid of my acne... tried the best cleansers tones masks etc. You name it, I have tried it.. I'm calling Monday to get an appointment with dermatologist.. I don't have large pimples and they don't entirely cover my face chin nose and forehead..   I take vitamins.. drink lots of water.. and eat healthy.. doing all the work no results.. What can I possibly do? Ready to have pretty skin again.... I know most of this problem is hormone related.. starting to loose hope with it..

Could be hormones. My friend had really bad acne, his dermatologist told him to use dove sensitive bar soap. His skin is clearer now.

Have you tried the dermalogica line? We use it where I go to school (to become an esthetician to work in a dermatologist office) and see great results.

I have not tried that I dont think.. I am using Acne Solutions from Clinque right now.. been using it a few months along with Acne Solutions make up from the same line.. (When I wear make up) still nothing

Sometimes when the acne is really bad its because of the bacteria that are on the acne.... we give facials to people with acne problems and recommend this line of home care treatments to them and it really helps. I would try this out and see if it works for you. Bar soap will leave residue on the skin and clog pores up more (that's what we are taught). Also, if you decided to mix and match acne washes and lotions and such from over the counter they can react against each other and do more harm than good.

Try out the dermalogica acne kit to see if it helps you. I bet you will see a big difference.

just recently mine put me on pill and gave me a topical cream.
