I think I messed up...

I was struggling with something very heavy (over 60lbs) about an hour ago. I was dragging it and had to lift it up. Well immediately after that I felt hurtful pains in my stomach around baby. It still hurts. Some cramping and very sharp pain through the middle of my belly that hurts to touch. My back is also killing me... hurts worse than the stomach pain and I don't know if I should be worried at this point. But it hurts to breathe and move. But I can't completely say that they are "contractions". I am not familiar with this back labor I've been hearing about. I just know I'm in pain and would like to know what I should do. I've got a hot bath running right now but if that doesn't work should I go in? I am 39 weeks today just to let you guys know. TIA ladies.

Go to the hospital. They tell you not to pick up that much weight because you can hurt your baby and make your placenta detach.
