i always let my hubby know when im heading into the shower now and i leave the door unlocked cause i get dizzy lots and im like ok if you hear a big bang come running! haha

The hot water can open up the blood vessels and cause the blood pressure to drop.

That's good to know! I also get like that in the morning if I try to do my hair or whatever before I've eaten

Time for bed! I'm not even going to set my alarm. I'm just going to wake up when my body is ready. If it's ready at 5 pm, then so be it!

yeah hot water and prob standing too...i get dizzy when i stand and im not in a shower...haha

I think I might have a uti ladies   on top of that ds caught a cold and sure enough I woke up feeling like smurf this morning. It's awesome.
