Horrible pain in vagina, not lightning crotch, not contracti

It's like... a stabbing pain as opposed to the electrical "shock" pain associated with lightning crotch, and it doesn't feel like it's in my cervix. I can't really describe where it hurts, other than my vagina area... lol. It comes and goes and it HURTS. There is pressure with it, too. Any ideas? I'm 37 weeks.

The baby is low and getting ready. I'm right there with ya. :/

More than likely your cervix opening up. I had that with DS. (Yes, some women can actually FEEL their cervix "dialating", believe it or not...) Totally normal. If you start getting worse pains or pressure, def go talk to your doctor about it.
