Does anyone take tapazole or atenelol?

I was prescibed both of them today for my hyperthyroidism which we are pretty sure is being caused by graves disease. I was just diaganosed last week and saw the endocrinologist today.

that's weird…i take atenenol for anxiety. I do have hoshimotos, though. But the atenenol is definitely for my anxiety, not thyroid related issues

The atenelol is to control my pulse rate which is anywhere from 91-137 per minute.

That does sound like graves.

Atenolol is a beta blocker which helps with heart rate and blood pressure.

I have really bad anxiety too. Does it help you with that. They are pretty sure it graves they have only done one blood work for it and it showed graves, but she said there is more tests we will probably do at my check up in a few weeks.
