Plus Toy Maker

Hey Everyone.
I have this final project I am working on for my thesis/capstone project in order to graduate.
Anyway!
Part of my design I have made these hero characters and want to recreate them in plush toy form.
There are four characters I would like to make, but if one can only be done then that is more than enough.
My deadline by March 15th.
Money could be involved if you feel like it is necessary, personally I do not have much but need the help.
