Well tell him he's the boring one making your sex life boring. An not to ask to spice things up when he isn't into absolutely anything!!!
He needs to get out of his comfort zone, and needs to tell you what he wants! He knows he's a guy, he probably doesn't feel comfortable. If he truly doesn't know then he's boring as hell considering you've tried so much and nothing you've done works. I mea what the hell is he expection you to come up with?

You and he need to go to Borders or Barnes and Noble and camp out in the Relationships and Sexuality section for a few hours. It sounds like he just isn't aware of how deep sex goes ( no pun intended.)

Once he reads up on it for a while, he'll see something that sparks his curiosity. And it's not just sexual intercourse, there's about a million sexy ways to interact with each other that will get you both horny and make you feel closer to each other.

One book is "365 Questions for Couples." That one's fun. Question-books about sex are a great way to learn about each other.

Thank you, Some of it was my fault for nagging, but all in all it was his fault for not trying.. we are working on things though, I'm still a bit hurt though.

Y'all should watch porn together. Something he sees may spark his interest. We did that before and mimicked the stuff they were doing.

Something else that may work is going on dates and role playing... Like pretend to be different people and "hook up" at a bar and "have a one night stand". Haven't done that yet but I really want to.
