Somewhere in the middle....

I am new to this site and not sure which links to click on because I am somewhere in the middle. Right now technically I cant actually have children although I have one and want more. (I have my tubes claped) Tried IVF but dr says to loose some weight first (about 60 pounds). Cant seem to get the weight off. Once I get the weight off and am able to do invetro I want to get implanted with twins and look into adopting out one of the twins to someone who cant have children (maybe one of my step sisters since they are both having trouble concieving) but since I have never even done that before I am nervous about feelings being hurt and ect. I want it to be a good experience so that I will want to do it again and again providing babies for more families later on.
