That's pretty much what happened to me. I had a natural birth but it wasn't unmedicated. I had some meds cause I was stuck at a 5 due to stupid pitocin counteracting my natural contractions. They were talking csection so I gave in. That wore off in an hour and I was 9.5. So I labored all except an hour without meds and pushed and delivered her without meds. So I consider it a natural birth but not unmedicated completely.

yea it felt a lil better and I think by me calming down it might have helped speed things up more they asked about my past birth and I told them it was like 3-4 hours and were like crap lets get everything ready and then my baby pooped inside me and luckily she did nt inhale nothing but it freaked me out cuz I heard bad things about it I wonder why she pooped ? Silly girl

Sometimes a fast labor can cause them distress just as a long labor can which can make them poop. It's weird.

Oh man she also had low suger and they said it could be becouse of the fast labor but it cleared up fast with a bottle and skin to skin

That's good. My DDs sugar didn't go up so she was in nicu for 3 days for it

She was just too young her body wasn't ready to regulate her sugar on its own. She was 35+4 and we did akin to skin, bf, and supplemented with donor milk and waited an hour and it still didn't go up.
