Are people inserting the pills vaginally? I'm a bit confused

or orally...people do it either way

Nah get the capsules...you can insert them vaginally and I've heard you can cut them open before you do it?? I've never messed with it before though lol.

I used them before but I didnt cut them open first I just inserted them right before bed so the oil wouldnt leak out but I also put a pad on because some does still leak out and it doesnt smell to pretty lol.
