thawing chicken question

I have a redirect virus on my computer so I can't google anything  I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer to thaw for dinner....what's the best way to thaw it out without making it dry?

Cold water is the best way but I suppose you could use your defrosting setting on your microwave if you're in a pinch but cold water is best.

I personally use warm water. Works a lot faster. *Shrugs*
