re: Door knockers. Religious people.

I think that's rude as hell to go around to people's houses and tell them that they're wrong for not believing in their mythical sky fairy. I don't go to people's doors and tell them how dumb they are for believing in God.

I just don't answer the door for them. Or I tell them I was just busy fixing my altar to make a sacrifice in the name of our lord and savior Satan.

One time I blasted Smurf Her Gently by Tenacious D before they got to my door and they walked away.

I tell them I don't care, and go away. How would they like it if I went to their house and tried to sell Atheism or Paganism? They wouldn't like it. And I don't like them coming to my door trying to "save" me.

I would tell them if they don't get off my property, then I'm going to call the police and have a trespass warrant issued against them. Thank goodness we don't get people coming door to door.

I know I'm a little late here (sorry, haven't been online for a few days   ), I just wanted to say "Hi" as a fellow member of the LDS Church! What Stake/Ward are you in? Also, that's a great idea - not just for Mormon's but for any Christian (or athiest, etc). If you tell them you're firm in your belief, they typically will leave you alone, at least in my experience
