A few times they have. But usually they ask 'is that is-la or eye-la?'
It's quite popular here in nz now so people are starting to know what it is.

I mainly get Is-la as well. Most people I tell before they ever see it written out so they know. The main people who didn't know were the nurses at the pediatrician's office but they've figured it out now.
