Did/Do you limit your caffeine intake while pregnant? I know people have different opinions about this!

I cut back some,but i still had my Dr.pepper everyday.

I drank half-caff coffee, but still let myself have it.

Not really..but I didn't drink much caffeine to begin with. I have cut out soda this pregnancy though, not for caffeine reasons...just bc its bad for me lol.

No, I didnt drink enough to deter from my usual routine. I still had a coke like everyday.

I cut it out completely for the first trimester after that I had 1-2 caffeinated beverages a day if I was working. Otherwise I tried to do caffeine free versions of what I like.

I stopped all caffeine with my first, he's like ADHD incarnate.
I drank 2 20oz cappuccinos daily with my other two pregnancies.super chill kids

I always just made sure I stayed under the 200 mgs a day.

I didn't answer the poll because it was different every time haha.
With my first, I cut out all soda.
With my second, I drank soda a few times a week.
With my third, I drank soda whenever I felt like it which was usually daily unless I'd go on those kicks where it wouldn't sound good to me at all for a week or so at a time.

In the first trimester I did, I still had my dr. pepper once or twice a week, but I cut back A LOT. About the middle of the second trimester I went back to normal, caffiene at least once a day.

I omitted it this time... Only because I'm still bfing so it's WAY important for me to drink more than enough water... Otherwise with my son I had it once in a while.

With DS I cut it out completely, but with this baby I have low blood pressure, so my Doc told me to drink a 12 oz cup of either caffinated tea, or coffee when it drops to bring it back up. I dont drink soda or anything like that even when I am not pregnant.
