Anxiety/Panic Attack?

Last night we just got settled into bed and were watching TV then all of a sudden I couldn't breathe right, my chest felt tight, I need to yawn or gasp but couldnt & I felt almost like I had to shiver but couldn't.. Freaked me right out.

Just now same thing happened but not nearly as bad..

What could be causing this? The only thing I take daily is a prenatal vitamin.

Im not pregnant yet, or if I am only 3.5 weeks.. don't know yet.

Have you been stressed out lately?

No, Things have been going so awesome lately..

No, I had it once from a medication but I haven't been on it in months.

When it happened, did it feel like the walls were caving in?

Not really no, I wasn't scared or anything.. I felt like I had an energy overload or something.. It's so hard to explain

Just a little bit ago again, but not as bad as last nights.

A friend said it could be cause by hormones if I am pregnant.. I hope thats the case, but I HATE that feeling.

Could very well be. Raging hormones are a bitch.

Yeah that can come on by hormones changing, It sucks feeling that way.  

I get that even when I feel calm its just stress I try to block out   I've currently had it for 3 days this time
