past due date

Ok im offically over due my due date was Jan 31st what can I do to get this party started I already know aboht sex,nipple stimulation,and spicy.foods oh and castor oil which I dont want to try that.so if u know of anything please let me know ive been walking like crazy and still nothing I am dilated to 3 so im willing to try anything!

You'll get there mama. It sounds like your body is getting ready. And try to remind yourself a dd is just an estimation. Try not to focus so much on that date.

Honestly, I think walking is the only thing that works, and maybe sex. The rest of it is just old wives tales IMO. Good luck though, and I hope your LO decides to be ready asap!!!

I would just relax and enjoy the calm before the storm, do anything you need to get done before baby gets here...you're only one day overdue...you're not going to be pregnant for another month. I know the last days it's hard...but your body will take care of things.

Don't do castor oil unless directed by a doctor.
If its your first child it's normal to go past your due date.

I went 3 days overdue, I just walked a lot and had sex. She came when she was ready lol

You're only 1 day past your EDD. I went 11 days over with my first DD & 2 days over with my second. I wasn't in any rush with my second to be honest. I had two sweeps done. The second one my water broke that night. Smurfing INTENSE contractions as soon as it broke too lol. Ask for a sweep & relax while you can!!  

I'm due tomorrow. Dr. wants to do a membrane sweep, if he isn't here by Friday. We're goingto try all the induction methods you mentioned and raspberry tea. I've also heard evening primrose oil but I don't know how that works
