I've been telling myself this whole last month that I would seriously give it a shot so ive been slowly reducing my dairy intake and meat really wasnt a hard thing for me to let go of, but omg goat cheese and straus milk was rly hard so far Im a little worried that it will be even harder this next month.
Anyway ive been eating alot of brown rice black beans avocado and sprouted tofu, almond and rice milk and stir frys have always been a staple in my house so I have that in my favor.
For your vegan butter do you just buy Earth Balance?
