Acupuncture

If you've done it, how was it? Did the needles hurt? Did it help whatever ailment you had?

I had it done twice. I don't remenber exactly what my issue was then, but I know it was something to do with my feet and I don't think it hurt too bad. The last time I've done it was for my lower back cuz I had THE worst pain everytime I laid down. It didn't do much and if it did, it wasn't anything big. And for me, the needles hurt in certain spots..especially on my foot.

I have a pretty decent pain tolerance but I hate needles.

Nah, it shouldn't be too bad for you. Just areas where it's thin...like top of your foot, for example, it'll hurt but once it's initially in, you shouldn't feel much anymore and I don't think it hurt when he pulled it out. Pain goes away pretty fast.
