   I agree with this. I'm not a smoker, but I don't allow people to smoke when my child is in the car. I don't care if it's their car. This is my child and you can smoke later.

I highly doubt those would count considering you can smoke them just about anywhere...even in stores and it's been illegal to smoke cigarettes indoors or within 20 feet of an entrance way for about 4-5 years now.

gosh I haven't made it past the Oregon Inlet in years.. but last time my dad decided to take the truck down on the beach he got stuck!!! hahaha so its in his best interest

though my Best friends dad lives at Hatti in the summer...

No I live in Dare county its about an hour to hatteras from where I live. I have been keeping up with all the beach closures though. Hatteras is completely closed to beach driving and miles of it are closed to foot traffic as well. Oregon Inlet is the same way, and now you have to buy a permit to drive on the beach. They are super strict about everything, someone said they got issued a ticket for getting stuck its ridiculous. All this over a bird and now sea turtles.

I used to smoke and I think it should be illegal to do it with kids in the car. It's s gross and nasty habit and I'm so glad I was able to quit.
