how long do you keep your smart balls/ben wa balls in for?

posted 1st Feb
Just got them yesterday. They feel a little uncomfortable and one of the balls keeps falling out. Does that mean my pelvic floor is super weak or should I just put them in farther? When I'm walking they fall down too   they are the plastic/silicone ones

You should be tightening/tensing up the muscles to keep them in.

Just curious why you have to use them? I've heard of them but know absolutely nothing about them!!! LOL

And you can usually keep them in for as long as you want but the recommended amount of time is like 15-30 min I think. But I will keep them in for like an hour and then you can keep them in when you are having sex too.... le sigh.

Maybe just start with one and when you can keep that one in with trouble then work your way up to two?

They make you tighter for whatever reason. They can help with urine leakage and give you better sex. I use them for the better sex thing.

I use them because I was told to do kegals because when I sneeze I leak a little bit. Its very embarrassing. I want it to stop. I also want to strengthen and tighten down there. I feel super insecure about my vadge cuz my BD was cheating on me the entire time we were together.
I don't see how you could use these while having intercourse!!! So you both balls and a penis inside you???? I would think to use -only as foreplay. ..

Lol yeah. When I had sex with DH with those in it was actually awesome. The balls would like slide down between where his penis was and the vag wall and it would like give this extra sensation. Was awesome. I was like scared to death to use them during that at first but after it worked out amazingly and I loved it.

Keep up with your Kegels EVERY day and your pelvic floor will get stronger. It's just like any other work out... it's take time and patience to see results. Try using one ball for now and do your Kegels as it is in so you are more aware of the muscles you need to target. If you do it every day for an hour or so, you will definitely start seeing a difference soon.

Pretty much this.
Try using only one, if you cannot handle two. You can keep the silicone ones in for a maximum of 8 hours. Make sure you clean them properly. **Using proper cleaning methods**
The Gold Plated weight ones are more fickle. These, if cleaned not properly can tarnish and cause a painful reaction within.
Try to do your kegels when peeing. Pee for a bit, stop count to five pee - and continue till your done.
Do it while you sit.
They are annoying, but can be amazing once you really get into it.
There are other balls like Fun Balls by FunFactory that are joined and have inner balls for sensation etc. Those are fun, but only recommended after sex. They are super painful when your tissues relax.
ANYTHING WITH STRING exposed isn't good... It cannot be cleaned properly (those go for balls that are joined together).
It is not recommended to keep them in during sex, however if it isn't to hard etc it's fine.
It can cause some damage if you're not truly paying attention in the moment...
