weight watchers

ive decided i want to try the weight watchers 360 diet.

i tried doing weight watchers before - i guess i wasn't fully committed to it but at this point im ready to try anything !!! I've heard people swear by it. Money is tight though and i can afford to sign up yet. I was wondering if anyone was doing this diet and if they could explain it. I'm planning on joining in the next month but right now i am so ready to just start it! Im starting the gym on Monday so i am hoping to start healthy eating today =)

Good luck you can do it. I was shock when I went into the store I saw that they have there own chicken breast line. How has it been going for you so far

i was trying so hard to find the chicken -_- i LOVE chicken and I didnt see it at walmart or stop and shop
