Need some help....FAST!!

My fiance and I are in a bind....We need money and FAST, He got a job about 2 weeks ago when we were staying with some family but that ended up failing and we had to move about an hour north, He's still working there and drives an hour and a half to work one way. Gas is killing is and we have a few bills that need to be paid off asap! I wont get my W2 until February 11th because the company is running behind. We need money FAST! Any idea on how to go about getting some fast money? Any bad credit loans that aren't a scam? Someone please help! I'm stressed out bad and don't know what to do!
