Egg salad.

I'm making some egg salad for tomorrow since I can't sleep.

How long are you supposed to boil the eggs? I usually let them go about 15 minutes.

Boil it 15 mins take one out and put it on the counter. Spin it and if it continues to spin in the same spot for awhile it cooked all the way. If it wobbles around or slows down quickly it's not cooked all the way.
