Pregnancy after tubal: updated with pic

After I gave birth to DS on Feb. 28th I had a tubal and surgery to remove my mirena. MY DH mentioned to me that I have been extremely moody lately and made a joke that it was like I was pregnant again...I told him that wasn't possible, but then I got to thinking I am about 3 weeks late I took a test and the second like showed up really lightly for about a minute, but then it disappeared??? I was confused so I know I can't pee on the key board for you guys to help me out on that aspect, but I'm wondering if there is anything else it could be or if it could have been a faulty test

I bet it was a blue dye?

Take a pink dye test.

I mean....it's not 100%, so it can happen. I would take another test...or make an appointment with your Dr asap.

Could have been the antibody strip showing. But if you haven't started in a couple days I'd test again.

It was a pink dye test but they didn't have the ones I have used in the past and these were not the dollar ones but the cheapest my DH could find at walmart and the line was pink so I dont think it was the antibody strip

you might want to call your doc tmro or monday and set up an appt ASAP.

I would test with FMU see what that says and then call your doctor.

not sure the box was green I had to give the other one to my mom they have been TTC for18 months nd she was late too

I know it's aweful but I'm really hoping im not...I know there are a lot of people TTC and I feel bad for saying it. So I'm hoping it's just something else...anyone know anything else that could cause me to be this late?

It was a faulty test I went and got a digital test today and it said Pregnant hopefully you guys can all see the pic I don't even need line spotters for this one

Did you call your OB already? I'm sorry you're going through this, wishing you the very best.
did you have your tubes ties or did they cut/burn them?

You need to go get checked out right away though to be sure it is not a tubal pregnancy.

That's crazy! How were your tubes done? Clipped? Or cut and burned? Not that it really matters cuz it says pregnant. But definitely get checked to be sure it's not an ectopic. Good luck!

I can say it IS possible I am currently pregnant with my second child AFTER having my tubes tied! I have felt like I was losing my mind with both so if you even think it go to your doctor just to be safe! I have also been told that your body can play tricks on you because it wants to be pregnant..... though I really thought that was bull hockey when they told me that........

Went in for my initial OB today they said it had to be done ASAP because of the tubal ligation and risk of tubal pregnancy all look well with blood tests ect., but they couldn't find a heartbeat on the Doppler... so we went back to the ultrasound room and the were looking and looking...they looked for about 5 minutes then made my DH leave the room I broke down because I knew something was wrong the doctor came in and looked some more, then told me to get dressed and wait for him. At this time I was bawling and hysterical because they didn't even let me look at the screen. I got dressed and the doctor came in and talked to me he asked me how long I had known that I was pregnant and I told him that I just just found out, but then when I looked at my calendar I noticed that I hadn't had AF since the first of December, then he told me that I WOULD HAVE been due around Sept. 7th, as far as they could tell and I was aprox. 9 weeks pregnant but the baby had no heart beat and should have by now. They told me that if my body didn't expel the pregnancy I would have to have a D&C. I keeping feeling like this is all my fault if I would have known earlier or hadn't gotten my tubes tied them maybe my baby would have lived. It's not that I wanted another baby because we weren't planning on becoming parents again, but knowing I was pregnant I loved my baby already. I feel like I am being punished because I chose to have the tubal-ligation.
