Uterus Pain

I'm 35 weeks and i'm currently experiencing pain throughout my whole uterus. Idk if its something i should be concerned about. it comes in waves and it hurts really bad. are they just braxton hicks (havnt experienced these yet that i know of) or could it something i should get checked out?
