Cooking burgers in the oven

What is the best way to do this? Temperature? How long? Flip, don't flip? TIA!

broiling pan. Id do 145 and let sit. You could stuff them.too, with onions, cheese, bacon, peppers, etc.

Its almost like a grill type thing that has another tray on the bottom to catch juices/fat. Which is good for things like burgers, because it sometimes tastes gross when it is soaking in their own fat. If not you could do it on a cookie sheet, I wouldnt flip them, and I would check them after 20 minutes.
