Since I've had my son in July 2011 I've been trying to reach my goal weight of 125. I do really well for a while, eating healthy and exercising until I reach 135 where I feel comfortable but then it's like a switch flips and suddenly I revert back to old terrible habits. I eat gross bad for you food and I eat all day and just lay around. I'll gain 10-15 lbs and then feel disgusting so I'll get back on track, lose to 135 but then the cycle starts again. I've done this three times already. I don't know what my problem is but I'm tired of it! Starting tomorrow I'm going to start my true lifestyle change! I WILL WEIGH 125 and I WILL MAINTAIN! I've had enought!
