a few things

1. what's the best way to keep bulbs clean? DD has been sick for over a wk and i'm paranoid we're not doing enough to keep mold out. we rinse them after EVERY use and soak them in soap and water every night for a while.

2. i'm worried that DD won't walk. she cruises around in her walker but i was told it can hurt more than help. i tried letting her stand behind her walker and push it but she won't, she just climbs on it. i try to walk with her holding my hands but can't do that very long because of my back.

3. she's got 2 teeth broke through and will soon have another. she's starting to try to bite ppl. how can i discourage her from doing this.

*side note* 4. how do i get this "post on fb" off so i don't have to uncheck it every time?

As long as you use hot soapy water, thats all you can really do..its not like you are blowing the air into your baby's nose, so i think she'll be fine. I know..its gross to think about whats in those bulbs.
I started putting my son in a walker at 4 months and he crawled at 6 months, stood and cruised at 8 months and walked the day he turned 9 months. I loved using the walker and will for my next children.

well i was told on here that the walker isn't enough. our carpets won't come clean no matter how hard we try so she has to learn to crawl on her bed or at my parents (not often enough). i'm scared we're not doing right by her...

How dirty are they? Have you hired a professional cleaner? If you've got them cleaned by a professional and can't afford new carpet, you need to let her explore on the ground. You can't keep her confined to a bed to crawl and a walker.

Rip them out and paint the cement underneath, then coat it with a smooth layer. Super cheap, and clean.

OP, you can get carpet really cheap. There are places that will install decent but cheap carpet for less than $100 a room.

Somewhere like Stanleys will do 3 rooms for about $100.
What do you expect her do when she actually starts walking?

When SIL (i HATE claiming her) lived with us. her dogs used to pee all over the carpet. staining them. so the few cats we have keep going over and peeing on them. we steam vac every spot every time (another reason- the carpet is always wet somewhere. and don't say get rid of the cats because its kind of a long story- not getting into that)

well the cats are peeing to cover the dogs scent or are there litter box's not clean? ripping the carpets out then just laying down rugs might be a good option, urine is soo unhealthy and you cant really get that out it just sits there *yuck..

I notice you seem to have a lot of excuses in your posts. Damn. Your kids well being, or the cats. Your kids well being.... Or the cats..... The kids well being. OR. THE. CATS.
