The Demon Known As Mirena..

Is coming out on the 12th. I am so sick of this thing... at first, I really enjoyed it. No heavy period, just light spotting on the 21st of February, March, and April (2012) It seemed like shortly after my period completely stopped coming, the daily pain started. In May and June, it was just horrible cramps on the days I should have been bleeding (which I brushed off), then in July and August the severe cramps were two weeks out of the month. That's when I took my butt to the doctor to find out what was going on. After a short exam he said my IUD was still in place, but my right ovary was enlarged so I was scheduled for an U/S. Found out there was scar tissue on my right ovary, which is from a cyst that burst (2 mos. after M/C in Feb.'11), but everything else was "absolutely normal". Ever since October I have had dull cramps every morning when I wake up, and the same sharp pain on my right side throughout the day depending on activity levels. I'm just so fed up... this was the last BC option for me... We want a baby soon anyways, I just don't know what i'll do after that baby is born. Okay, done venting and being pathetic now!
