Clots during period *TMI*

Is it normal to have large - ish clots during your period? I use tampons and I got out of the car and was walking to the front door with my son and I literally felt it fall out! I went straight to the bathroom and it was at least the size of 1 1/2 ping pong balls...

I usually have some smaller ones but this one was way bigger than normal and it kinda freaked me out! That and my cycle being only 27 days this time..

The only time I've ever had clots that large was PP and during my miscarriage.

I had them with my periods but never that big. When I had my son I had ones the size of baseballs but that was only after I had him. That doesn't sound normal to me.

For me, that's normal. If it's not normal for you, check it out. Are these clots coming regularly?

no it was just that one :-/

I think you are okay then. It could be a difference in activity or hormones which made a temporary change in your flow. If it happens more often or you are losing a lot of blood, go to the doctor. Losing big clots is normal for me, but I was almost hospitalized when my bleeding was out of control. I was the dumbass that let it go on that long though.
