Refusing naps.

DD is 19mo and just started refusing to nap a week ago.

She is VERY grumpy and in a horrible mood because she obviously still needs them. Ugh.

I at least make her have quiet time, and she's fine with that, but she still needs the sleep. What can I do? She was sleeping all night until she stopped napping, now she wakes up a couple times a night again.

My DD started this around 22 months. Will yours fall sleep in the car? I don't do it every day, but especially on days when she seems super tired, or we have something big to do in the afternoon, I take her on a 15 minute drive and then she'll stay asleep in the car in the driveway for 30-60 minutes while I read, watch tv on my iPad, etc. On days when she doesn't sleep and give me some kind of break, I feel so impatient by bedtime. No good.

Yes, she loves sleeping in her carseat. I never even thought about that! Thanks
