Stress eating

For those who stress eat, what is your go-to stress eating food?

I know it's bad, but I need to stress eat like right now.

I like to just go get some McDonalds... lol.
Or anything I find that is appetizing at home

Pizza or ice cream :/

Bread!!!! Any kind if bread. I'm a carb junky :/

Nothing at home sounds good.

I'm trying to avoid having to go into town, but if I do I'm going to Sonic lol

Candy, Like bags or chocolate candy. Or toffee peanuts. mmmmmmm

Lays chips the herb tomato ones, and sweet and sour twirlers. Any kind of complex warm carb like breadsticks with sauce or veggie tofu thai. Or a tempura topped sushi roll.

I ended up going to McDonalds and getting a double cheeseburger, large coke and a small vanilla shake  

I kinda wish I had stopped and picked up a bag of starburst though lol
