my friend worked at a grocery store in the meat part, he said it starts off borwn and they keep grinding it and grinding until its red. then they bag it and stuff.. anyway the cooked meeat smells nasty as hell to me right now, so glad i threw it in the disposal, i will be running otu to the store real quick for fresh ground beef and actual yummy tacos! lol

3 days is my rule with refrigerated meat anyway. We've never been sick.

Isn't commercial produced beef filled with ammonia bleached meat?

Oh and I'm pretty sure just because its brown it doesn't mean it's bad. It's just where the air has hit it or something. Almost everytime I buy mince the outside is brown and the inside is red.
