It takes some time for it to go away.. lol.

Keep yourself busy and focus on the kids..it will go away just takes time

Maybe because you were intesrested in the new guy and him having a new gf made you start thinking of your ex and the good times

I know. It doesnt matter... I had no feeling towards my ex. But then he left and I went through a rough time. we havent been together for 3 years now and Im finally feeling ok to move on.

its going to take a while.

You are grieving, it's totally normal. You have to acknowledge what you lost before you can truly move past it. You will start to think of it less and less as time goes on.

It took me like year for ALL feelings to go away. and not trying to convince myself they weren't there.
I always would go back to the 'good times'. and feel like they out weighted the bad times. Which I can definitely say now, that wasn't the case.
Eventually, you except it and realized your better off (and your kid/s too). Plus it leaves room to find a good guy.

Yeah.. Just stay strong. I promise it'll get easier and better.
I can now look at my ex and have no feelings. No anger, sadness, happiness. I just except it.
