Then as long as you have nothing medically wrong with you and your pregnancy you should be able to do just about any workout you want to as long as your heart rate isn't going to high, I would also say to lay off the weights if you lift weights normally. I'm 20 weeks today and I still enjoy doing workouts I try to do them every day, it just gives me more energy and yoga really helps to not get sore and achy.
