squats while preg?

safe or no? anyone has some links/sites/videos to good work outs for pregnancy?

How far along are you?
I do squats with my work outs, and lunges, and modified planks. and modified push ups.  
a great place for workouts during pregnancy is youtube. I'm in my second trimester so I look up prenatal workouts for second trimester and yoga for second trimester as well. they have cardio and they have pilaties and a lot of other kinds of workouts on there.

I'm only 10 weeks. I'm going to youtube them right now. Thanks.

Then as long as you have nothing medically wrong with you and your pregnancy you should be able to do just about any workout you want to as long as your heart rate isn't going to high, I would also say to lay off the weights if you lift weights normally. Also if you have any concerns or questions about certain workouts you can always ask your midwife or ob   I'm 20 weeks today and I still enjoy doing workouts I try to do them every day, it just gives me more energy and yoga really helps to not get sore and achy.
