Good exercise for arms?

posted 31st Jan
Is there any good arm exercises that tone up the arms that you would recommend? I am walking every day but my arms are really bothering me atm, so I was wondering if any of you ladies had any good exercises that worked on the arms as well??

Stretches, perhaps? Buy one of those elastic bands or something that helps stretch and tone. They use those bands in physical therapy for a lot of things. You can do so much with them!

Lift weights (or a weight substitute) above your head arm straight up elbow bent back with weight dropping behind you. Also do like you are making a snow angel but do the bottom half them too half. Make sense?

Lots of little videos on you tube. I do one for arms on there called tank top arms..only 10 min I use 3lbs weights for right now, but if you dont have weights or dont want to buy them the video says you can use water bottles. I have done it for about five days, so I cant tell you if it works. I was a little sore the 2nd day.
