Pp period

Im a little over 5 weeks pp, and i've had my period for 12 days already!!! And its not light,   is this normal?

Are you sure its not pop bleeding still? With my first I bleed until 6 weeks PHP with some days very little blood and most days full blown bleeding.

Well thats what im thinking aswell, but the bleeding/discharge stopped. Then out of nowhere, bleeding started !

How long did it stop for?

Yeeeeeah that's not long enough. Its still just pp bleeding. When you go a week or more then I would consider it a period.

Ugh, i didnt know pp bleeding sucked this much! Is it supposed to be bright red and somewhat constant??

Eh its like a period. Just heavy and long. Mine would be brown one day then bright red the next. It was a royal pain in the ass with my first son. My second son it was heavy for 2 days then spotting for a week and then it went away. You should be having your 6 week pp check up soon right? I would ask because I'm not sure how long is okay to bleed for.
