Cycles after a chemical pregnancy

posted 31st Jan
Had a chemical pregnancy last month. Would you count the first day of bleeding as CD 1 just like with a normal period?

Yeah, you could. Just don't be surprised if your next cycle doesn't start exactly on time.

Yes the first day of bleeding is CD1. I just had a chemical pregnancy early January. I used OPK to help period my next period. Based on ovulation my period should be pretty close to normal.

Thanks. I am already having fertile signs so I am feeling good about our chances of conceiving again this month. Don't think I'm gonna use OPK this month. To much pressure and we haven't needed them before LOL. Fingers crossed.

If you know your body good enough it's almost as good as using OPK. I never paid attetion but once I did it was amazing the thing I noticed. Good luck!

Thanks! I've been doing NFP for 5 years so I know my body well. In fact sometimes I think my doc thinks I'm nuts cuz I know so much about where I am in my cycle.
