Speeding things up.

posted 31st Jan
Before I start, I'd like to say I know the baby will come when she is ready BUT
I want to know some ways to help my body prepare for labor.
I'm currently 2cm dilated. and cervix is soft.
Besides sex and walking,
what are some things at home to help my body prepare?
Not nothing really to "go into labor"
but just to help?

my dr. gave me a list of stuff, and one of them was get primrose oil capsules and poke holes in them with needles and insert as close to your cervix as you can get before bed. just to help your cervix more,
she said raspberry leaf tea wont throw you into labor, but if your having sparatic braxton hicks contractions it can help them become regular and possibly turn into labor, clary sage oil.. a couple drops in your bath water puts alot of women into labor (youll have to read up on it on google) you can also have someone massage it into your lower back.
sex of course.. walking of course.. idk what else.
