Ok so im wanting to drink the recomnded daily amount of water, but...... Its damn hard, No1 what is the RDA?
I wanna know how to make it a bit easier, i have heard that it does get esier but how do i start if of? Im a huge diet pepsi addict, I have to stop or i'll give myself a heart attack. If you drink the RDA of water plz if you have any tips or anything. Also i dont wanna add anything to it cause some people have said that to me, i just wanna have a pure water intake. thanks.

You could start off adding things to it then slowing start drinking straight up water.

When I eat a meal, I make sure that I have 8-16 oz of water in front of me make myself finish it all before I leave the table.  Always carry around a water bottle.

I was going to suggest just squeezing a little lemon in it...other than that I don't know!

the only way i can drink water is to store it in the fridge in bottles. its so easy to grab a can of soda, so i dont put the soda in the fridge and just keep water in there. its icy cold and i love it!

well with me i was told i had dehydration and they gave me a 36 oz water bottle. then they told me no soda and i have to keep the water jug filled. so i just sucked it up and i drink it all the time. no juice or soda... just water. i've gotten pretty used to it already, i HATED water!!

so try buying a 36 oz or more water jug. the recommended amount is 64 oz. (8-8 oz of water) so with 2 refills of the water bottle you should be okay
